Privacy Statement

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of the data processing in the context of our website or regarding e-mail contact with us.

Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent. It should be noted that emails may be transmitted unencrypted if your mail server does not support encryption. It can not be ruled out that data may then be abused.

Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser.  They do no harm. With cookies it is possible to make websites user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow you to recognize your browser the next time you visit it (for example, to store login data). Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.

Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps from Google Inc. By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of the automated data collected by Google Inc, its agents and third parties. Here are the terms of use of Google Maps: “Terms of Use Google Maps“.

Access data/server log files

Our provider (World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstrasse 47-51, 4020 Linz, Austria) collects data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). These access data include: Name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, your operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page) and the requesting provider. This log data is used for statistical analysis for the purpose of operating, maintaining and optimizing our website. In order to comply with the GDPR, IP addresses are not evaluated and displayed in the access statistics. Log files are stored for two weeks. Error log files that help find errors are also available. These too will be automatically deleted after two weeks. In order to collect all such data, cookies are used which allow an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the servers of World4You (in Austria) and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have a contract with World4You for contract data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition regarding your data, insofar as this does not conflict with a statutory retention requirement. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
